Inside Sales Agent Role Overview:
The ISA is a licensed real estate professional focused on lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You’ll be the first point of contact for many potential clients—building rapport, identifying needs, and funneling qualified leads to our active agents.
Core Responsibilities:
- Call and nurture leads using our CRM
- Qualify buyer and seller prospects
- Build and manage relationships through consistent follow-up
- Set appointments for the sales team
- Collaborate with agents to ensure a seamless client experience
